Thank you for visiting my site! I have been a professional chef for nearly two decades, graduating from Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in San Francisco.

Shortly after graduation I moved to NYC to work alongside celebrity chef, Todd English, as his Executive Sous Chef. From there, I helped to open, run, and manage a handful of restaurants and hotels including The Plaza Food Hall and The Soho Grand Hotel, as well as the Four Seasons Hotels in Newport Beach and Hawaii. However, if you ask me, the honor of my career was to help to cater events for the late Anthony Bourdain.

After a lot of learning, I moved back to my home in Orange County, CA and began my own personal journey. After a self-experiment with the Whole30 Challenge, it became clear to me the impact nutrition has on recovery. From there I dedicated my culinary skills to anyone who was looking for truly healing, from the inside out.

In 2018, I had the privilege to tour the U.S. with the women’s wellness tour, The Brunch Series, catering 66 events for 2500 women. Upon my return to Southern California, I formally launched my first culinary business, Culinary Recovery, where I turned my past struggles into my greatest strength, and passed along the message of recovery through my passion for feeding others, body and soul.

2020 brought a lot of change for so many of us and one of the biggest for me was leaving Orange County and moving to Las Vegas. I love it here! From the hiking trails to the people I’ve met, this place doesn’t disappoint.

When I’m not in the kitchen however, I love spending time with my the woman who stole my heart and our 200lb. mastiff, Kingsley who stole the rest of it.
